We are so confident in the quality of our soft washing services, especially our roof cleaning services, that we offer a pressure washing warranty and a roof cleaning warranty that lasts five years.
Johnson’s Pressure Washing and Soft Washing has effectively treated your roof for black streaking caused by algae, moss, lichens, and other foreign objects. Please note that our pressure washing warranty does not cover roofs treated in partial sections or by another company. To qualify for our roof cleaning warranty, ensure there are no trees overhanging the rooftop and no water pooling on the roof. This warranty is applicable for shingle, concrete tile, clay tile, and slate roofs, but it does not extend to metal roofs, gutters, or any other forms of structural cleaning. Additionally, it excludes coverage for rust stains, dark spots, residue, or any markings caused by the chimney. Any construction work performed on the roof, including partial or complete roof replacements, shingle replacements, or new structures added, will void the warranty, which is also non-transferable.
Clients of Johnson’s Pressure Washing can file a pressure washing warranty claim once during the five-year period. After a claim is made, the warranty will be considered fulfilled and will not be reinstated until the next thorough cleaning is completed.
Coverage Schedule:
First 24 Months - Spot treatment for recurrent areas is covered 100% under Johnson’s Pressure Washing services.
24 - 48 Months - 50% of the costs are covered by Johnson’s Pressure Washing, with the client responsible for the remaining 50%.
48 - 60 Months - Johnson’s Pressure Washing covers 25%, leaving 75% of the costs to the client.
Additionally, Johnson's Pressure Washing and Soft Washing services reserve the right to discontinue any and all courtesy treatments, including those related to the roof cleaning warranty.

Johnson's Pressure Washing and soft washing services are safe for your roof and home. We adhere to GAF Manufacturing guidelines for roof cleaning, ensuring that our methods are effective and compliant. GAF Manufacturing plays a significant role in shingle production, and our pressure washing warranty guarantees that your roof will be well taken care of.
Upon service estimate, our client will be notified if they qualify for the pressure washing warranty. In the event that a client's home qualifies, and they enter into a service agreement with Johnson's Pressure Washing and Soft Washing, they will receive a written copy of this warranty, including details about their individual property and/or service information. This written warranty must be retained and presented to honor any warranty claims. Claims that do not have the appropriate qualifying paperwork will be considered void and will not be honored. Johnson's Pressure Washing and Soft Washing reserves the right to discontinue warranty service, including roof cleaning warranty and soft washing services, at any time.
